Accessing Student Information in the PowerSchool Teacher Portal

To access student related information, including Grades, Demographics, and Schedule, please follow these steps:


  1. Log into the PowerSchool Teacher Portal.

  2. In the list of current classes, find the class you wish to view, and click on the index card icon under Student Information.

  3. A list of student names will appear on the left.  Click on the student you are interested in looking at.

  4. You should be brought to the Quick Lookup screen.  If not, you can use the drop down in the top right corner to change what screen you are looking at.


  • If you are looking to access grades and assignments, use the Quick Lookup screen and click on the marking period grade of the class and term you would like to look up.

  • If you are looking for attendance information, use the Quick Lookup screen and click on the absence or tardy count for the class you would like to look up, or scroll down to the daily attendance section for the student's school attendance.

  • For a complete breakdown of all classroom attendance, click on the Meeting Attendance screen.

  • For contact information and parent information, use the Demographics screen.
